Heron Pointe (HP) is a 128-unit Condominium Association located in Lake Suzy, Florida. HP is governed by a five -member Board of Directors all of whom are owners within the community. 

HP prides itself on a sense of community and is proud of its many volunteers.

Pet Policy at HP: Owners are allowed one (under 25 lb) domestic animal per unit. Renters are NOT allowed to have any pets.

Rental Restrictions: Owners may rent their unit for a minimum period of one month and a maximum period of eight months in any twelve month period.
